Islamabad: The federal government has hiked per litre price of petrol by Rs10.50 and high-speed diesel by Rs12.44.
According to a notification issued by Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the petrol price has been increased by Rs10.50 per litre, the price of HSD has been enhanced by Rs12.44 per litre, kerosene oil by Rs10.95, and light-speed diesel by Rs8.84.
According to a notification issued by the finance ministry, petrol will now be available at Rs137.79 The new price of high-speed diesel has reached Rs134.48 per litre.
The new price of kerosene oil has been fixed at Rs110.26 after an increase of Rs10.95 per litre. In addition, light diesel oil will cost Rs8.84 more and will thus be priced at Rs108.35 per litre.
Earlier, the federal government had increased the price of petrol by Rs4 per litre from October 01.
