Reports quoting sources said that Shah Rukh spoke to Aryan for around 20 minutes through an intercom in a cubicle in the jail's meeting hall.
His visit followed the Maharashtra government easing restrictions on jail visits amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
Previously, Aryan had spoken with his parents, SRK and Gauri Khan, on a video call on Friday.
Aryan and 20 others have been booked for offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 and 35 of the NDPS Act.
