The fourth wave of Covid-19 pandemic has continued its downward trajectory as Pakistan's coronavirus positivity ratio further fell to 1.04% with 10 causalities over the past 24 hours.


Islamabad: According to National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), around 418 fresh cases emerged while 10 people succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 28,648.

In the past 24 hours, Pakistan has conducted 32,006 tests out of which 418 individuals were tested positive for the disease.
The total number of cases has reached 1,281,240.
As many as 1,230,094 patients have recovered from the disease.
Punjab
The number of patients swelled to 442,268 in the province with 12,990 causalities.
Sindh
The number of infections has surged to 473,767 in the province, while the death toll has reached 7,611.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The confirmed cases have surged to 179,421 in the province with 5,812 casualties.
Balochistan
There are 33,425 confirmed cases while 358 patients have died from the infection so far.
AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan
There are 34,527 coronavirus cases in the AJK while the death toll has reached 741. On the other hand, there are 10,404 cases in GB with 186 coronavirus deaths.
Islamabad
There are 107,427 cases in the capital city while 950 people have lost their lives.
