Price of yellow metal settles at Rs126,100 per tola


Karachi: The Sindh Jewellers Association on Monday announced an Rs50 decrease in the gold prices took the per tola price to Rs126,100.
According to the reports, the price of yellow metal receded by Rs50 per tola and Rs43 per 10-gram to settle at Rs126,100 and Rs108,110.
Meanwhile, silver prices in the domestic market remained unchanged at Rs1,460 per tola and Rs1,251.71 per 10 grams.
On Dec 23, the Sindh Jewellers Association announced an Rs400 increase in the gold prices took the per tola price to Rs125,700.
Following the international market, gold price in Pakistan recorded a gain of Rs400 per tola settling at Rs125,700. The price of the precious commodity rose by Rs343 per 10 grams to settle at Rs107,767 per 10 grams, respectively.
Meanwhile, silver prices in the domestic market remained unchanged at Rs1,460 per tola and Rs1,251.71 per 10 grams.
On December 11, the gold price maintained its uptrend in the domestic market and rose by Rs250 to close at Rs124,450 per tola on Saturday in line with the surge in the international bullion market.
According to Sarafa and Jewellers Association, The gold price in Pakistan recorded an increase of Rs250 per tola to reach Rs124,450 per tola.
Meanwhile, the gold price in the local bullion market jumped Rs215 per 10 grams to reach Rs106,696.
