KP CM says PTI workers will not retreat come what may
Gandapur says Imran Khan is redline of workers
Islamabad: Khyber Pkahtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said on Saturday that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) won’t retreat from reaching the destination.
Calling PTI founder Imran Khan a redline of workers, Gandapur said that they will stand by the truth as Allah Almighty detests arrogance the most. Pharoah was also very arrogant but he was defeated by Moses.
Brushing aside the heightened threat of arrest of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers by the government, KP CM vowed to reach Islamabad’s D-Chowk for lodging the protest at all costs.

PTI protest: Inter-city transport service suspended in Lahore
Metro bus service, city transport is partially operational
Lahore: The intercity transport in provincial capital has been suspended amid Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s call for protest at Minar-e-Pakistan.
However, metro bus service and city transport could be observed partially operational at different routes. The buses are running between Gajjumata and MAO College, while the section from MAO to Shahdara remains suspended due to road blockages.
City administration has blocked all the adjacent arteries and roads of Minar-e-Pakistan by placing containers and barricades.
On other hand, the Orange Line train service is operating normally despite the protest call.
In preparation for the protests, heavy police force has started reaching the main highways, with over 10,000 police personnel, including the anti-riot force, deployed across Lahore to maintain peace and order.
Police have been deployed inside the Azadi Flyover and Greater Iqbal Park, while students gathering on the top of the flyover were dispersed by the police.

Barrister Saif warns law enforcers not to with PTI workers
He says we are patriot Pakistanis and not going to attack Islamabad
Islamabad: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Spokesperson Barrister Saif warned the law enforcement agencies against colliding with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers.
He claimed in a statement that the caravan led by KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur would reach the destination very soon if more hindrances were not spread in their way.
“We are patriot Pakistanis. We are not going to attack Islamabad. We urge police not to put barriers in our way as we respect police, army and law enforcement agencies,” he added.
He said that workers would only go back on the orders of PTI founder Imran Khan.
He claimed that the KP CM spent last night under the open sky, adding that people alongside him remained busy in removing barricades.
