Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Wednesday, has decided to challenge the Prevention from Electronic Crime Act (PECA) ordinance 2022 in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to details, Party spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb and PML-N Senator Azam Nazir Tarar would file the petition in the high court.
PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz had yesterday (Tuesday) tweeted that whatever laws the government was enacting, would be used against itself. “These laws are apparently being made to suppress the voice of media and opposition, but they will be used against Imran Khan and company,” she said. “There should be no blame upon us for not informing you,” she added.
