PTI activists stage protest gatherings across country on Imran Khan's call
Protesters raise slogans of "imported government unacceptable"
Islamabad/Lahore/Karach/Multan: The activists and supporters of PTI took to streets in all parts of the country on the call of their chairman Imran Khan and raised slogans against the coalition government, calling it an "imported government".
In Lahore, men, women, youngsters and children gathered at Liberty Market to record their protest against the Shehbaz-led government. Senior PTI leaders Shafqat Mehmood, Mian Mehmood Rashid and Sadia Sohail participated in the protest.
Carrying party flags and raising slogans of Imran Khan, PTI workers held a motorcycle rally.
In Karachi, PTI workers and people started gathering at Clifton’s Do Talwar, from where participants will go up to three swords in the form of rally. Former Sindh governor Imran Ismail also reached the rally.
PTI supporters also took to the streets in different parts of Rawalpindi on the call of Imran Khan. The protestors demanded the immediate release of Sheikh Rashid Shafiq.
In Islamabad, PTI workers held rally from Zero Point to F-9, in which a large number of workers are participating on Imran Khan’s call.
