Ministers of 41-member Punjab cabinet to take oath today
Mujtaja Shuja, Bilal Yasin, Imran Nazir, Salman Rafiq, Saif Khokhar to be Cabinet members
Lahore: the 41-member cabinet of Punjab will take oath today at the Governor’s House.
According to details, the swearing-in ceremony of the Punjab Cabinet will be held today at 6 pm at the Governor’s House. Governor Punjab Muhammad Balighur Rehman will administer the oath.
The 41-member cabinet of Punjab will take oath for which all arrangements are being completed and invitations are also being sent.
The provincial ministers who will be sworn-in included Mian Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman, Bilal Yasin, Khawaja Imran Nazir, Khawaja Salman Rafiq and Saiful Maluk Khokhar.
It should be remembered that Hamza Shehbaz was elected as the Chief Minister of Punjab for the second time in a month and a half in the meeting held in the Punjab Assembly on July 22.
However, his opposite candidate Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi had challenged the election of Chief Minister of Punjab in the Supreme Court, on which the Supreme Court while giving its verdict yesterday issued an order that he should remain as the Trustee Chief Minister till Monday.
