Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan submitted an affidavit in the contempt of court case on the remarks related to the female judge.

According to details, former Prime Minister Imran Khan said in his affidavit that he will fully comply with what he said before the court in the last hearing, and was ready to comply if the court asks anything more for satisfaction.

The PTI chairman said that during the hearing it was realized that the red line might be crossed in the speech on August 20. If the judge gets the impression that the red line was crossed, then he is willing to apologize.

Imran Khan did not apologize unconditionally to the court in his affidavit.

During the previous hearing, a court in Islamabad deferred contempt proceedings against former Prime Minister Imran Khan after he said he was willing to apologize for his remarks against a female judge.

Following Khan’s apology, the court had asked him to submit his statement in an affidavit before the next hearing on October 3.
