Sylhet: Sri Lanka thrashes Pakistan by just 1 run with a run-out in the last ball in the second semi- final of the Women’s Asia Cup 2022.

Pakistan’s women's tam has been a unit to watch throughout the tournament, barring the upset against Thailand Women. On the other hand, Sri Lanka had a poor start to the tournament.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Pakistan women’s cricket team beat Sri Lanka by five wickets in the Asia Cup’s 21st match.

In spite of suffering their first defeat, Pakistan finished in second place in the group stage and were the only team to beat India.

However, the national women's team ended the season with three wins in a row.

India will take on Sri Lanka in the Women's Asia Cup final on October 15th. The Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Bangladesh will host this mouth-watering encounter.
