Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Umar on Saturday clears the air about a video going viral on social media of him and Hammad Azhar having a heated argument on the container during the long march.
When the arguments between Umar and two other party leaders Azhar and Sheikh Imtiaz took place, PTI Chairman Imran Khan was also present at the container.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) also shared the video on its official Twitter handle with a caption saying “Failure has no friends”.
Rumors were circulating that PTI leaders Asad Umeer, Hammad Azhar, and Sheikh Imtiaz were arguing about why the number of participants is low in the Haqeeqi Azadi March of PTI, however, no voice is being heard in the video clip.
Asad Umar clarified that the argument took place due to the breakdown of the generator installed in the container, while the other generator was stuck in the vehicles participating in the march, and was facing delay in reaching the container.
‘We are very happy to see the enthusiasm and passion of the people of Lahore,’ PTI Secretary General further added.
