HBL PSL 8: Peshawar Zalmi won by four wickets

Karachi: Peshawar Zalmi successfully chased the target of 155 runs set by Peshawar Zalmi in thier clash in the ongoing HBL Pakistan Super League 8 at National Bank Cricket Arena on Monday.

Peshawar Zalmi replace Karachi Kings to occupy the second spot with four points while Quetta Gladiators are languishing at the fifth spot with two points so far in the tournament.
Quetta got off to a terrible start losing Jason Roy and Martin Guptill early in the piece but then a fantastic rebuilding work from Sarfaraz Ahmed and Iftikhar Ahmed helped them scrap their way to 154/4 and in reply Peshawar Zalmi were wobbling as well with Saim Ayub and Tom Kohler Cadmore not adding many runs to the scoreboard but Mohammad Haris and Babar Azam provided a solid start and set the tone for the lower-order batters.
Rovman Powell and James Neesham made sure they don't squander the advantage and they stiched a match-winning partnership. In the end Shanaka and Wahab Riaz played sensibly to get their team over the line
Quetta Gladidators on Monday set 155 runs target for Peshawar Zalmi in the nineth match of HBL Pakistan Super League 8 at Karachi National Bank Cricket arena.
Iftikhar Ahmad made 50 while skipper Sarfraz Ahmed scored 39 off 30 balls and pushed thier side to a bit srong position.
The players of both sides brought tricks to the table in this clash.
Peshawar Zami earlier won the toss and opted to field first against Quetta Gladiators in the ninth match of HBL Pakistan Super League 8 match at National Bank Cricket Arena.
Quetta Gladiators made a change as Muhammad Hafeez replaced Umar Akmal.
