LPG price increased by Rs10 per kg

Lahore: The price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been increased by Rs10 per kg.

According to details, the price of LPG has hiked to settle at a new price of Rs220 per kg.

Media reports told that domestic cylinders have become expensive by Rs310 in hilly and remote areas.

Chairman LPG Association said that black marketing of LPG is going on across the country and gas is not available anywhere at the official price.

On the other hand, the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) increased the electricity tariff for domestic consumers following the request of government.

The cost of electricity per unit for domestic consumers has risen up to Rs42.72. According to Nepra's decision, there has been no increase in electricity price for protected consumers up to 200 units.
