The police say that the three arrested accused were injured as robbers opened fire.


Lahore: Three robbers in custody were killed in an alleged encounter between Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) cantt and robbers.
According to details, police team was shifting the accused to Barki police station for recovery of ransom when the gang members ambushed them on the way and opened fire.
The police say that the three arrested accused were injured as robbers opened fire. They were immediately being shifted to the hospital in injured condition, however could not succumbed to them and died on the way.
According to the police, the dead robbers had previous records of kidnapping for ransom, house robbery and theft. The robbers were identified as Abdul Rehman, Fayaz and Tahir Nadeem.
