The latest reports say that the JUI-F chief held a telephone conversation with PM Shehbaz Sharif and expressed his deep concerns over the incident.


Peshawar: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam - Fazl (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Sunday decided to cut short his week-long visit to Dubai in the aftermath of a deadly blast that occurred during a workers' convention of his party in Bajaur.
The incident prompted his early return to the country today (Sunday).
Maulana Fazlur Rehman had arrived in Dubai for his scheduled week-long visit on the previous Saturday. However, due to the unfortunate events in Bajaur, he decided to return urgently.
In response to the blast, the JUI-F chief held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, expressing his deep concern over the incident.
During the conversation, he also requested the provision of a helicopter to transport the injured from Bajaur to Peshawar for immediate medical attention.
