Karachi's police authorities filed a case against the woman.

Karachi: A shocking incident has unfolded at a private hospital in the North Nazimabad area of Karachi, where two human fetuses were discovered in a restroom's waste bin.
The Hydri police station has registered a case against a woman.
Police were alerted about the discovery of two human fetus remains in a bathroom at a private hospital in North Nazimabad, Karachi.
Subsequently, the police lodged a complaint against a 30-year-old woman under Section 338-C of the Pakistan Penal Code for forcefully terminating her pregnancy.
According to F.I.R. details, the hospital's washroom was where the children's remains were found, leading investigative officers to the scene.
It has been reported that the hospital administration mentioned that a 30-year-old pregnant woman had visited the hospital for her check-up.
She had collected her slip from the counter and had undergone a check-up with a doctor in the OPD.
The woman was advised to go to the emergency room and lie down on a bed, but instead of following the instructions, she walked toward the restroom.
She spent a significant amount of time there, after which she left the restroom without informing anyone and fled the hospital.
As per the hospital administration, when the woman couldn't be located for quite some time, someone informed her that there was a human fetus found in the restroom.
Upon inspection, it was revealed that a fetus was abandoned in the restroom.
Further examination indicated that the woman, knowingly or unknowingly, had terminated her 15-week pregnancy in the restroom and then fled the hospital.
