Security guards kill two after mistaking them for robbers

Karachi: Two people including a woman, were tragically slain on Karachi's Baldia Hub River Road when security guard mistaken them for thieves on Friday.
Security guards killed two including a woman in Naval Colony – Karachi’s Baldia Hub River Road after mistaking them for robbers.
According to Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Keamari, Hanif was the victim who was killed; the deceased who was killed appeared to be a passer-by.
The policeman claimed that the victim of the crime had filed lawsuits against numerous individuals and was currently on trial for multiple offenses.
As per the police, Hanif went to Naval Colony for business reasons but got into a verbal altercation with someone there. After a heated disagreement, he attempted to flee the scene when the individual next to him yelled that he was a robber.
When the security guards at the housing society's main gate heard the call, they opened fire on Hanif, killing him instantly.
A woman was also killed in the security guards’ firing who was walking with her husband on the scene, however, he husband remained unhurt in the incident.
