Islamabad: Central Development Working Party (CDWP) has approved five development projects worth 10 billion rupees.
The approval was granted at a meeting of the CDWP held in Islamabad on Friday with Deputy Chairman Planning Commission Mohammad Jehanzeb Khan in the chair.
The approved projects include permanent settlement of IIOJK Refugees 1989 onwards (phase-1), rehabilitation of schools in Balochistan affected by flooding, improvement and reconditioning of Noseri-Leswa bypass road in Azad Kashmir, construction of BT road Nagor Sharif to Suntsar and Establishment of Pak Korea Testing Laboratory for PV Modules and Allied equipment (Revised).
The meeting also recommended several projects to Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC) for further consideration.
