Farhat Shehzadi serves legal notice on PML-N leader Ata Tarar for fake accusations
The close friend of Bushra Bibi—the wife of PTI chairman, demands a substantial amount of 5 billion rupees in response to alleged false accusations made by Tarar.
Lahore- In a significant development, Farhat Shehzadi, widely recognized as Farah Gogi and a close confidante of PTI Chairman Imran Khan's wife, Bushra Bibi, has served a legal notice on PML-N leader Ata Tarar.
The notice demands a substantial amount of 5 billion rupees in response to alleged false accusations made by Tarar.
This legal action extends beyond Ata Tarar, as notices have also been dispatched to the Chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and the Director-General of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
This strategic move suggests a comprehensive legal approach to address the unfolding situation.
The notice contends that Ata Tarar has made unfounded allegations and disseminated inaccurate information. It explicitly states that all assets are duly declared, challenging the veracity of Tarar's claims.
Within the legal document, Ata Tarar is urged to retract all accusations and issue a formal apology within a specific timeframe of 7 days. Failure to comply with this stipulation, as outlined in the notice, could potentially lead to the initiation of a defamation lawsuit against Ata Tarar.
