Statements of four witnesses of illegal marriage case recorded
The petitioner's lawyers will make arguments on the admissibility of the case on Friday.
Islamabad: The hearing of the alleged illegal marriage case against former chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi has been adjourned till November 08.
According to the details, Civil Judge Qudratullah Tuesday heard the illegal marriage case against former chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi in Islamabad, during which petitioner's lawyer Rizwan Abbasi and witnesses appeared in the court.
During the hearing, the statement of the case witness and Khawar Manika's domestic servant Muhammad Latif was recorded, after which the statements of the four witnesses of the case were recorded.
Later, the court adjourned further hearing till December 08 after seeking arguments on the merits of the case. The petitioner's lawyers will make arguments on the admissibility of the case on Friday.
