Waziristan: The Mari Petroleum announced the discovery of new gas reserves in the country.
In a statement issued by Mari Petroleum, it has been stated that gas deposits have been discovered in North Waziristan, which will initially yield 600,000 cubic feet of gas per day.
The statement added that the drilling of the gas well was started on June 2, 2023 and it was drilled to a depth of 4577 meters.
