Islamabad: The tenth meeting of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) will be held today (Saturday) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
According to the details, the meeting of the SIFC will be held at 1:00pm in the Prime Minister's House and the agenda has been released in this regard.
Chief ministers of Punjab Maryam Nawaz, Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur have been invited to the SIFC meeting.
Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, Finance Minister Mohammad Aurangzeb, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Planning and Development Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Commerce Ministry Jam Kamal Khan, Law and Justice Minister Nazir Tarar and Water Resources Minister have also been invited to the meeting.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar will also attend the SIFC meeting, while the four chief secretaries have also been invited to the meeting. The meeting will discuss foreign capital.
In the last meeting of Special Investment Facilitation Council, Shehbaz Sharif said that SIFC is an important platform that will be continued. It is welcome and need of time for everyone to come together to deal with economic challenges.
