The Meteorological Department has predicted that the rain will continue in Sindh till Sunday


Karachi: After Punjab, the heat intensity also broke in various cities of Sindh due to rain.
Due to heavy rain in Sukkur, Larkana and Mehar, water entered houses in low-lying areas while more than 70 feeders of Sukkur Electric Supply Company (SEPCO) tripped, plunging the areas into darkness.
Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted that the rain will continue in Sindh till Sunday.
On the other hand, it rained in different cities of Punjab, where lightning struck Faisalabad, killing a youth and injuring two people, whose condition is said to be critical.

Due to wind and rain, several signboards and trees fell in Kamalia. Several electricity feeders tripped in Gujranwala, while the weather became pleasant in other cities including Lahore, Pakpatan, Lodhran and Bahawalpur.
Apart from this, it rained in different areas of Balochistan including Sibbi and Harnai. Six people including five children were injured due to the collapse of the roof and walls during the rain in Khushab. At the same time, there was heavy rain with thunder and lightning in Mingora city and its surroundings.
