Justice Naimatullah swears-in as Acting CJ of SHC

Karachi: Senior Puisne judge Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto took oath as Acting Chief Justice of Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday.

Sindh Governor Kamran Tesuri administered the oath of office to Acting Chief Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto. The judges of the SHC, senior lawyers, and others also participated in the swearing-in ceremony.

Senior Puisne Judge Justice Nimatullah will perform the duties of Acting Chief Justice till the return of Chief Justice Shafi Mohammad Siddiqui from abroad.
