Islamabad: The Supreme Court has dismissed the petition to blacklist Bahria Town.
A seven-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin heard the case related to blacklisting Bahria Town.
The constitutional bench dismissed the petition related to Bahria Town due to non-compliance.
The petition was filed by Mahmood Akhtar who did not appear in court during the hearing, on which the court dismissed the petition.
