Rising inflation making people pray to get rid of this incompetent Prime Minister
Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly (NA) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif said on Friday that the opposition parties would not let ‘selected’ Prime Minister Imran Khan escape accountability, adding that Imran Khan was inflicting irreparable damage upon Pakistan’s interests everywhere.
Speaking outside an accountability court in Lahore, Shehbaz Sharif lashed out at the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government and said that millions of people are unable to afford food as inflation and unemployment are rising uncontrollably.
The opposition leader went on to say that every day the petroleum and electricity commodities are rising every day making people pray to get rid of this incompetent Prime Minister. The prices of basic edible commodities and medicine prices are increasing.
Shehbaz Sharif said, “You Niazi! Call others absconders. Truth of the matter is that you are an ‘absconder’,” he said, adding, “You must remember this thing that I, my brother Nawaz Sharif and son Hamza Shehbaz have spent time in jail.”
This selected PM does not have the capabilities to resolve the issues faced by the public and is causing irreparable damage to Pakistan. The opposition parties would not let ‘selected’ Prime Minister Imran Khan escape accountability, the PML-N president concluded.
