Another milestone for Malala as she signs deal with Apple TV
Pakistani Nobel laureate and activist Malala Yousafzai has signed a deal with Apple TV following which she will produce dramas and documentaries aimed at women and children.

As per a statement released by Apple TV, the partnership would ‘draw on her ability to inspire people around the world’.
The content produced would also include animated series focusing women and children.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to support women, young people, writers, and artists in reflecting the world as they see it,” Malala was quoted as saying.
The 23-year old earned worldwide recognition when she survived an assassinated attempt by Taliban. She had earned the wrath of the Taliban after she began raising her voice for the education of young girls and women in Swat.
It was a time when Taliban had a strong foothold in Swat Valley and had banned education opportunities for girls and employment for women.
