Investigation commission formed to probe international conspiracy: Fawad
Supreme Court verdict has put parliament’s supremacy in danger, sayd Fawad
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fawad Chaudhry said on Friday that an investigation commission has been formed to probe international conspiracy.
While addressing a press conference, Fawad said that the commission will be headed by Lieutenant General (retired) Tariq Khan, adding that the commission will observe whether there was threat of regime change in the letter or not. It would also be observed who the local handlers were in the international conspiracy, he said.
While criticizing the Supreme Court verdict regarding dissolution of National Assembly and rejection of no-trust motion, the PTI leader said that the top court does not have the documented evidence to concluded whether National Assembly Deputy Speaker’s ruling was wrong or not.
The former minister said that the Supreme Court verdict has put parliament’s supremacy in danger. He said that the legal team is looking in to the matter and soon review petition will be filed against the top court verdict.
Fawad said that evidences exits that proves that international conspiracy was hatched against the government of Prime Minister Imran Khan. He said that we will show the records and proofs of international conspiracy to the assembly members. He reiterated that no-trust motion is part of international conspiracy.
