“Most responsive, passionate audience”; Imran thanks Lahoris for massive support
Imran Khan thanked Lahorites for pouring in at the public meeting.
Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday thanked the people who attended the Lahore rally on April 21, making it ‘the biggest public gathering’ of his 26 years in politics.
On his official twitter handle, Imran Khan wrote: “Thank you Lahore for the massive support and the biggest jalsa in my 26 years in politics,” terming Lahoris ‘the most responsive and passionate audience’.

Speaking apparently at a large crowd at Minar-e-Pakistan, Imran Khan thanked Lahorites for pouring in at the public meeting.
Yesterday’s rally was also attended by PTI supporters from the music industry such as Salman Ahmed, Bilal Khan and Abrarul Haq, with the latter two also sang songs.
PTI leaders Ali Muhammad Khan, Hammad Azhar, Mian Aslam, Murad Saeed, Babar Awan, Zartaj Gul, Yasmin Rashid, Fawad Chaudhry, Qasim Khan Suri, Farrukh Habib, Ejaz Chaudhry, Usman Dar, Asad Umar and Shafqat Mahmood also addressed the rally.
Earlier, the PTI accused the government of blocking "all" the roads leading to Minar-e-Pakistan and shutting off internet service.
