Kangana Ranaut refutes gossips about entry into politics
Mumbai: Bollywood leading actress Kangana Ranaut said that talking about nationality and farmers' issues does not mean that she wants to enter politics.

The Indian actress has been in the media spotlight for her statements but nowadays she is in the headlines for her political film " Thalavi" in which she is playing former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa’s role, who had held the post of CM for 6 times.
On her 34th birthday, the actress released the trailer of the political film " Thalavi" which is being loved by the fans and especially the admirers are praising Kangana's lively performance in the film.
On the occasion, when she was asked if she would join politics, Ranaut said issues related to the country affect her "directly" but that does mean she wants to take a political plunge.
"For me, the world of politics is quite unknown. If today I talk about the country, nationalism, farmers or laws which directly affect me, I'm told that I want to become a politician.
"It's not like that. I react to everything as a citizen. I have no connection with politics, at all," the actor, who turned 34 on Tuesday, told reporters here.
Ranaut said her critics get "extremely upset" whenever she expresses her opinion.
"They ask why do I talk about nationalism, why am I so concerned to talk about farmers’ law. They have a problem with that. (When they want to talk about issues) They can say whatever they want, but how dare I speak? They were so hurt and pained. They created a lot of scenes, which we all saw," she added.
It should be noted that Kangana Ranaut was recently awarded the National Award for Best Actress at the 67th National Awards Ceremony of India.
