PTI stages rally in Islamabad tonight to express solidarity with Shahbaz Gill
Imran Khan led the rally

Islamabad: On the call of their chairman, PTI activists staged a rally in Islamabad tonight from Zero Point to F-9 park (Fatima Jinnah Park) to express solidarity with embattled party leader Shahbaz Gill.
The party workers recorded a protest against the “blatant fascism prevalent under [the] imported regime!”.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan-- who led the rally- reached F-9 park and will later address the gathering.
PTI workers arrived at F-9 Park while a large number of families are also continuing to arrive at F-9 Park. Workers are holding party flags in their hands.
On the other hand, the Islamabad administration denied permission to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) for the rally.
According to the spokesperson of Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, teh PTI had applied for permission and security for the rally.
The spokesman said that the Section 144 has been enforced in Islamabad for several days due to security reasons.
He said along with the leadership, the precious lives of the rally participants might also be at risk.
According to the spokesman, heavy traffic pressure on the road from Zero Point to F-9 Park could also become a security risk.
