All schools and colleges— which were closed for two weeks amid heavy rainfall and flood in most parts of the province— will reopen from Monday.


Quetta: The government of Balochistan has decided to reopen all educational institutions of the province from Monday (September 5).
This was announced by Balochistan’s Minister for Education Naseebullah Marri through an official statement on Saturday.
As per statement, all schools and colleges— which were closed for two weeks amid heavy rainfall and flood in most parts of the province— will reopen from Monday.
Naseebullah Marri said that educational institutions in Naseerabad and Jaffarabad districts will comply with new directives, however, the areas which are severely affected by floods, would open later.
Due to heavy rains and floods in the province, the schools and colleges of Balochistan were closed on August 22 for one week and government extended the period of closure for another seven days.
