Case filed against Marriyum Aurangzeb, Javed Latif for allegedly inciting people
The case has been registered in Lahore for allegedly inciting violence and religious hatred among people against PTI Chairman Imran Khan

Lahore: A case has been registered against Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb and Federal Minister Mian Javed Latif for allegedly issuing a misleading statement on religious affairs.
The terrorism case has been filed against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Javed Latif and Maryam Aurangzeb.
According to the details, the case has been registered in Green Town Police Station. The case alleges that both PML-N leader have allegedly mislead people on religious affairs of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
The case was registered at a request of a PTI activist named Irshad-ur-Rehman.
The FIR stated that Mian Javed Latif declared Imran Khan non-Muslim, facilitator of non-Muslim and being outside the ambit of Islam by distorting his statements and presenting them without context during a TV show.
The FIR further said that the PML-N leader’s remarks about Imran Khan had hurt PTI’s workers and his millions of followers.
On the other hand, Punjab Interior Minister Hashim Dogar shared the FIR of the case on social media website Twitter and said that religious hatred and incitement to violence against any citizen including Imran Khan will not be allowed.
