Lahore: Pakistan’s all-rounder Shadab Khan Monday announced via Twitter that he had got married with Saqlain Mushtaq's daughter.
Turning to Twitter, Shadab wrote “Alhamdulillah today was my Nikkah. I am becoming part of my mentor Saqi Bhai’s family.”
Referring to his family’s privacy, he stated that when he started playing cricket, he wanted to keep his family life separate, and his family had also opted to stay out of public light, adding that “My wife has asked for the same, she wants her life to remain private.”
He requested everyone to respect their choice of privacy.
Adding a humorous ending note to his message, the cricketer wrote, “However, if you want to send ‘Salami’ I can send account number”.
