The price of 10 gram gold surged by Rs814 to settle at Rs161,308.

Karachi: The gold price jumped Rs950 per tola in local bullion markets of the country on Monday.
Data released by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA) showed that the price of gold surged by Rs950 per tola and Rs814 per 10 grams to settle at Rs1,88,150 and Rs161,308, respectively.
In the international market, the price of the yellow metal decreased by $3 per ounce settling at $1,924.
