Maryam Nawaz owns assets worth over Rs842.5 Million
It is stated in her nomination papers that Maryam has no property abroad.
Lahore: Chief organizer and senior vice-president of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Maryam Nawaz collectively owns assets worth over Rs842.5 Million, GNN reported.
According to details Maryam submitted of her financial assets along with her nomination papers which tells that she owes 28.9 million to her brother Hassan Nawaz and does not own any vehicle.
Maryam’s husband captain Safdar also owes Rs60 million to his friends.
It is stated in her nomination papers that Maryam owns more than 1,400 kanal of land in the Raiwind area, however has no property abroad.
PML-N’s chief organizer has shown her agricultural income to be more than Rs10.90 million in three years.
Maryam has bought shares worth more than Rs5.469 million in the Hudabiya Paper Mills and shares worth Rs4.821 million in Muhammad Bakhsh Textile Mills.
Moreover she owns shares worth Rs1.6 million in Hamza Spinning Mills and Rs90,000 worth of shares in Junaid Poultry Farms.
According to record, “There is over Rs7.8 million in the bank accounts of Maryam Nawaz.”
Maryam has shown her educational qualification as MA English Literature in the nomination papers.
