The PTI leader says that the PML-N is acting upon the instructions of an absconder and has openly said that it will not accept decision of the apex court three-member bench.
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fawad Chaudhry mulled over the option of filing reference against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) seeking cancellation of its registration as a political party.
“We are considering to move reference against PML-N to get its registration cancelled ,” said Fawad Chaudhary, explaining that the PML-N was following the instructions of an absconder and that it also openly refused to accept the orders of the Supreme Court.
Taking to Twitter, Fawad Chaudhary held Nawaz Sharif responsible for violating the Election Act, saying that an absconder was making decisions for the party.

He said that after Nawaz Sharif’s instructions, PML-N had announced that they would not accept the Supreme Court’s verdict, which could result in action under Article 6 of the Constitution.
The PTI leader had earlier said that a convict would not be allowed to dictate the apex court.
“Nation won’t allow a convict to dictate the Supreme Court,” he added.
Fawad also made an attempt to remind Nawaz Sharif that his brother Shehbaz Sharif’s government was established after a suo motu notice.
Nawaz Sharif had earlier approved the decision of the PDM leaders that they would accept the decision of the Supreme Court three-member bench.
