‘Decision itself a charge-sheet,’: Nawaz Sharif asks govt to file reference against SC three-judges
The PML-N Supremo says such verdicts will destroy Pakistan and if parliament wants to survive it must show some strengthen.
London: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif asked the government to move reference against the three-judges of the Supreme Court which set aside the decision of the Election Commission and fixed May 14 for elections in Punjab.
“This decision itself is a charge sheet against these judges,” said Nawaz Sharif while talking to the reporters in London.
His views came as reaction to the apex court verdict against the elections in the Punjab and KPK.

Nawaz Sharif said that two of these three judges gave verdict against him, saying that such verdicts were against the national interest.
He said that all these things were being done just to bring one man to power, raising a question as to why the full court was not made.
The former PM who is in London in self-exiled said that the three judges did not accept the judgement of the four-judge bench.
“These people are destroying Pakistan,” said Nawaz Sharif, saying that when all had trust on the four court then why they did not constitute the full court.
“You should have made the bench if you are honest,” said the PML-Supremo
He stated that the prime ministers were moved and the dictators were given the way. He added that how the parliament and the government would work.
The PML-N said that the latest verdict is the proof of double-standard, pointing out that there was one-man show in the top court.
Parliament needed to be strengthen if it wanted to survive in Pakistan, he added.
