COVID-19 in India: 4435 new cases, 15 deaths reported in a day
This is the highest increase in the disease cases since September last year.
Mumbai: The threat of COVID-19 has started surging in India owing to which 4435 new cases and 15 deaths have been reported in 24 hours.
According to Indian media, this is the highest increase in the disease cases since September last year.
Indian Health Department stated that daily rate of COVID positive cases was recorded at 3.38%, while deaths from corona were reported in Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, New Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka and Rajasthan.
In India, the total number of people who have died due to the virus has crossed 530,000 which is highest in the world after America.

The Indian government has appealed the people to be careful and instructed them to wear masks in public places and maintain social distance.
