Peshawar: State Life Insurance Company Thursday temporarily stopped admissions in hospitals on the basis of Sehat Card Plus, GNN reported.
According to the letter written by insurance company to the panel hospitals and concerned authorities, it is stated that temporary ban has been imposed started from April 20 (today) till any further notice.
The caretaker health consultant Dr. Abid Jamil stated that Rs14.8 billion are due to State Life Insurance Company for which Rs4 billion are being paid monthly.
Dr. Abid hoped that the payment will be made to the insurance company in the running month.
