Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) Thursday ordered the government to not harass Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan during holidays of Eid-ul-Fitr.
According to details, IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq heard the case of former Prime Minister in which he had filed a petition regarding his possible arrest and details of the cases registered against him.
The government has also been sought for notice reply over PTI chief’s request.
Aamer Farooq also approved Imran’s plea for keeping the petition pending till after Eid and re-scheduled for hearing on April 27 again.
