Imran Ismail, who is one of the founding member of the PTI condemns, attacks on the military installations in the country on May 9.


Karachi: Former Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, one of the founding member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), parted his ways with the party and its chairman Imran Khan.
Imran Ismail said that he joined Imran Khan and was one of the founding member of the party. He said that they started the political struggle for the sake of the country.
"I say Allah Hafiz to Imran Khan and the PTI," said the former Governor while addressing a press conference in Karachi on Saturday. He said that he would try not to do politics again. However, he strongly condemned the attacks on the military installations that took place on May 9, saying that his heart was with Pakistan Army.
"It is yet to be investigated that who ordered the attacks on the military installations but I quit PTI and relation with Imran Khan. I strongly condemned the May 9 incidents. Imran Ismail also condemned the different names like "Dirty Harry" and others by the party leadership.
He stated that he entered the politics with a vision to serve Pakistan and make it prosperous and strong but the things changed at the later stage.
