PM leaves for Turkiye to attend inauguration ceremony of Turkish President
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says he will convey the warmest greetings to Recep Tayyip Erdogan on behalf of the government and the people of Pakistan on his re-election.

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday left for Türkiye on the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to attend his inauguration ceremony.
In a tweet on Friday, the Prime Minister said he would convey the warmest greetings to Recep Tayyip Erdogan on behalf of the government and the people of Pakistan on his re-election.

He said the fraternal ties between Pakistan and Türkiye were set to deepen further in line with our shared resolve and common destiny.
Shehbaz Sharif said the upcoming 7th Meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council in Islamabad would provide the right avenue to take the momentum of our strategic partnership forward.
He said they had yet to unlock the potential of our multifaceted relationship and efforts are being made in that direction.
The Prime Minister would meet Turk business community and investors.
Earlier, Turkish ambassdor to Pakistan Mehmet Paçaci saw off the Prime Minister.
