Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a significant drop on Tuesday, with the price per tola decreasing by Rs2,300.

 The price of 10 grams of gold also experienced a decline, falling by Rs1,972 and now stands at Rs195,556.

While there has been an increase of $24 in the global market, with gold reaching $1,964 per ounce, this upward trend has not had a substantial impact on local gold prices.

The reduction in gold prices comes as a relief for consumers and investors who closely monitor the fluctuations in the precious metal market. However, experts caution that these price movements are typical of the volatile nature of the gold market and can rapidly change in response to various economic factors.
