Islamabad: Pakistani American Congress wrote a letter to US president Joe Biden stating that Pakistan and America relations have always been based on mutual respect, democracy and sustainability of humanity, GNN reported.
According to details, the letter also said: “Some elements have accused Pakistan for breaching the human rights” which is totally untrue and based on the misinformation of opponent groups.
The letter stated that the vandalism incidents of May 9 were of particular nature in which Pakistan state institutions and military installations were attacked.
“They also tried to deteriorate the relationship between Pakistan army and its people, even a propaganda campaign was run in this regard,” the letter read.
It is also conveyed that Pakistan is making all the measures as per Pakistan’s law and as stated in the constitution.
Pakistan also assured to maintain the contact with Pakistan American Council in the capital to clear the misunderstandings about Pakistan.
