Fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar shared the legal notice on social media platforms.

Lahore: Renowned fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has obtained a court injunction to stop the filming of his biopic, putting a temporary halt to the production.
Akhtar shared the legal notice on social media platforms.
The life of Pakistan's fast bowling sensation, known as the "Rawalpindi Express," was set to be depicted in a biopic, but Shoaib Akhtar distanced himself from the project soon after its announcement.
Seeking separation from the project, the globally acclaimed cricketer also made a legal decision.
Akhtar obtained an injunction from the court to prevent the photography, shooting, and release of any part of the film on any platform, including social media, cinema halls, or mediums.
The court order, as per a document shared on social media, prohibits the release of any segment of the biopic until a final legal decision is made.
Initially, the film project featured the character of Shoaib Akhtar portrayed by actor Umair Jaswal.
However, due to creative and personal reasons, Akhtar decided to dissociate himself from the project.
Two weeks after Umair Jaswal's departure from the project, Shoaib Akhtar disassociated himself from the entire biopic, revoking all rights associated with his life story.
