DSP arrested after civilian killed in police firing

Karachi: Karachi DSP Qamar has been arrested by the police in relation to the shooting incident that resulted in the death of citizen Hashim near Manghopir Chungi Mor in Karachi.

The arrested DSP was taken into custody, along with the son of ASI Mukhtiar, who was also involved.

One of the accused, Mukhtiar, managed to escape with two accomplices.

Furthermore, the authorities have recovered the SMG used in the incident, and the mobile phone associated with the incident has been handed over to the Manghopir police station.

Legal action will be taken against all officials and officers involved in the case.
