The value of dollar increased by Rs1.74 in the interbank market.


Karachi: The trend of increase in the value of dollar against Pakistani rupee continues for the third consecutive day.
According to currency dealers, on the second day of business week, the value of the dollar increased by Rs1.74 in the interbank market to settle at Rs281.
On the other hand, the Pakistan Stock Exchange has a bullish trend at the start of business. The Hundred Index increased by 150 points to reach 45192 points.
Notably, according to the data released by State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) yesterday (Monday), there was an increase of Rs1.67 in the value of dollar against Pakistani rupee.
Whereas, the dollar has become expensive by Rs3 in the open market and the price has reached the level of Rs283.
