Attempted attack on news reporter Hazoor Bukhsh in Kandhkot.


Kandhkot: Today, an attempted robbery took place on senior reporter Hazoor Bukhsh during his news coverage in Kandhkot.
Hazoor Bukhsh and his team were heading home near Masan Mor when two armed individuals on a motorcycle intercepted them on Monday night, at around 11 PM.
One of the culprits brandished a pistol and began threatening Bukhsh, hurling abuses at him.
Displaying immense courage, Bukhsh fought back, leading his attacker to reconsider, saying, "Alright, let's leave."
The two culprits escaped on their motorcycle towards Raja Petrol Pump, while Bukhsh pursued them on his bike but was unsuccessful in catching them. The incident was reported at the B-section police station.
Senior journalist Hazoor Bukhsh Mangi has filed several complaints of continuous threats from the police, the repercussions of which are now becoming evident.
Identifying the physical threats, the police are working to ascertain the identities of the culprits.
