Pakistani Embassy in Greece has verified that three bodies will be transported to Islamabad, while the remaining 11 will be sent to Lahore.


Lahore: The bodies of three Pakistani nationals who tragically lost their lives in the Greek boat accident have been repatriated to their homeland.
The identification process for the 15 Pakistani victims of the accident has been completed, and the bodies of three of them have been brought back to Lahore.
Qatar Airways flight QR 608, traveling from Greece via Doha, arrived in Lahore, carrying the remains of Abdul Wahid and Sufyan Abbas, which were sent to Gujarat.
The body of Nasir Ali was sent to Gujranwala.
Pakistani Embassy in Greece confirmed that three bodies will be flown to Islamabad, while the remaining 11 will be sent to Lahore.
A total of 14 bodies have been dispatched so far, with arrangements being made for the departure of the 15th body pending confirmation.
